Samskriti Business Solutions Celebrates 18 Years of Success
There's a particular kind of nostalgia that August brings to Samskriti. It's the month our story began, and every year, we take a moment to look back before looking forward.
On August 21st, eighteen years ago, our founder, Mr. Sravan Kumar, laid the first brick of what would become Samskriti Business Solutions. Since then, the company has grown in every sense, more people, more milestones worth remembering, but the spirit behind it all has stayed exactly the same. This anniversary was our way of honouring that.
The Anniversary Pooja: A Ritual That Grounds Us
There were no opening remarks about growth or performance that morning. Instead, our CEO, Mr. Sravan Kumar, stood before the altar, lit the diya, and offered prayers, choosing gratitude over recognition.Whatever lies ahead this year, we felt it was worth starting on a note of gratitude.
Marking the Milestone with Cake
You know a celebration has truly begun when the sparkler atop the cake ignites and everyone in the room, quite involuntarily, falls silent for a moment just watching it burn down. That happened again this year. The cake was cut, applause followed, a handful of phones emerged for photographs, and just like that, the mood shifted from "we're at work" to "we're genuinely celebrating something."
A brief moment. Over in seconds. Yet it's the one everyone remembers a year later.
The CEO's Speech: A Take on the AI-Driven Future
True to form, the speech opened by touching on our achievements so far, the opportunities on the horizon, and the marketing strategies in motion for the year ahead. From there, though, it took a sharper turn, into a conversation about Artificial Intelligence and how it's reshaping every industry, and the global economy along with it.
The world isn't waiting for anyone to catch up. AI is no longer a distant shift, it's happening now, and the businesses that treat it as a passing headline will be the ones left behind. Our real competition today isn't other agencies, it's the pace of change itself." - Mr. Sravan Kumar Paka, CEO, Samskriti Business Solutions.
He also added that the team should master AI tools, sharpen how they communicate with each other, and above all, practice the art of proactiveness, acting ahead of the curve rather than catching up to it.
Team Bonding Over Lunch
After all of that, we did what we always do. Sat down, ate together, and spoke of nothing in particular for a while. No agenda, no follow-up action items. Simply a meal, exactly as it should be after a morning like that.
